Getting in Touch

For the most prompt response during regular office hours, Dr. K encourages patients to use the patient portal or his personal cell to send him a message directly. Medical personnel, insurance companies, pharmacies, and other inquiries should call our general office number below.

For after hours care, please call our office number directly to be connected to a triage nurse, or contact Dr. Kruszewski via his personal cell. Please do not use the patient portal for urgent concerns. 

Labwork and Imaging

.Dr. K offers a limited number of tests in-office: 

  • Rapid Strep/Covid/Flu tests
  • A1c
  • EKG
  • Spirometry
  • Pregnancy testing
  • Urinalysis
  • Urine Drug Screen
Unity Health Network offers lab draws in the same building as Dr. Kruszewski’s office through Sunrise Clinical Laboratories (formerly PathLabs). However, Dr. K is not affiliated with them and cannot provide information on pricing or insurance coverage. Dr. Kruszewski cannot resolve billing questions related to labwork through Sunrise; please contact them directly about your bill.

In-Office Procedures/Treatments

Dr. K can perform a variety of procedures in-office. Please note that cosmetic procedures may not be covered by insurance. 

  • Joint injections 
  • Wart removal/cryotherapy
  • Removal of skin tags/other skin lesions (moles, etc.)
  • Incision and drainage
  • Ear wash/earwax removal
  • Simple laceration repair/suture removal
